The VH Essentials Glucosamine formula has a triple blend of Glucosamine, Chondroitin and MSM (methyl-sulphonylmethane), the key building blocks for many of the physical structures of the joints, including tendons, ligaments, cartilage and synovial (lubricating) fluid.

Glucosamine and chondroitin promote comfortable movement, while MSM provides an organic source of sulphur for joint health.
