Service is good but I do not recommend the present softgels, they are hard and painful to swallow, previous shape was good.

Website gave clear options showing possibility of discounts. As I live in Guernsey took off the VAT automatically without needing reminder. One star missing because of flimsy packaging which arrived torn.

This order went astray. Don't know whether this was Viteyes or the Post Office. When I told them it hadn't arrived they were very helpful and immediately sent a replacement by 1st class mail. It's a measure of how good the service is that they remedied a problem that may not have been of their own making so readily and well.
